Currently, we are in process of credentialing with all major insurance providers in the state of Washington. If you don't see your current insurance provider, please check back often for updates.
If we are not currently in-network with your insurance carrier, you still have great options to receive care:
Self-Pay / Cash Rates
We offer straightforward, transparent self-pay rates for all services. To keep things simple and fair, our cash-pay rates are offered at the same standardized rates as our insurance-contracted services.
Superbills for Reimbursement
If you choose to pay out-of-pocket, we are happy to provide you with an itemized Superbill.

A superbill is a detailed medical receipt containing all necessary, diagnosis codes, procedure codes, and billing information required by insurance companies

You can submit this Superbill directly to your insurance to seek out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan’s out-of-network benefits.
